We are a diverse alliance of schools working in partnership to improve the life chances of children and young people in our area.
The founding members of the 5 Wells Teaching School got together to establish the teaching school because of their shared vision to work in partnership to improve the life chances of children and young people in their schools and beyond. The guiding moral purpose of the 5 Wells TSA has the pursuit of excellence at the heart to close gaps between the richest and poorest, work in collaborative partnerships and celebrate pedagogy to raise the opportunities of the whole child to reach their potential.
We have a passionate belief in the role that education plays in giving young people the best start for lifelong learning.
We are working with a growing alliance of diverse schools which all bring expertise to our highly personalised approach to school improvement.

All Saints CEVA Primary School and Nursery Unit
Head Teacher: Emma Johnson
Creativity throughout the curriculum is paramount. Children are wowed by exciting experiences that introduce themes of learning. Our enquiry based curriculum is planned so that connections between subjects are made, ensuring that learning is contextual, relevant and fun. We recognise that every child is an individual and we tailor learning to suit each child’s needs. The teaching in the school is excellent.
Croyland Primary School
Head Teacher: Lucy Deakin
Our Curriculum is our unique offer to the children of Croyland; it is the tool by which we raise achievement and enhance personal growth. We have created our own curriculum which has grown from our research into story telling. Our pupils drive into great literacy work and from there, questions emerge that facilitate PLODS: Possible Lines of Discovery. The curriculum is enriched through visitors and visits which the pupils talk about as a positive aspect to their learning.
Park Junior School
At Park Junior, a great focus is given to the provision of extra-curricular clubs with an impressive number of clubs available to children across the school. We believe this provision enables our children to lead a healthy life, full of new experiences and this provision has been recognised as a great strength of the school.
